1. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Program Details

• The Challenge includes fitness and nutrition guidance provided by Dr. Joey's Team.
• Results may vary based on individual effort, adherence, and starting fitness level.
• The program is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By registering for the Lean & Strong 21-Day Challenge and providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Strong Standard Coaching as part of the program, including:

• Alerts: Daily check-ins, workout and nutrition reminders, and challenge milestones.
• Notifications: Account, scheduling, and customer support updates.
• Promotions: Offers and updates related to Strong Standard Coaching programs.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply — check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@strongstandard.com.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required in full at the time of registration.

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your experience after completing the full 21 days and adhering to the program, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@strongstandard.com within 7 days of the Challenge's conclusion.

5. User Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Follow the guidelines provided during the Challenge.
• Refrain from sharing program materials with non-participants.
• Act respectfully in all communications, including those within the private community.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Challenge, including but not limited to workout plans, meal guides, and educational resources, are the intellectual property of Dr. Joey's Team. Participants may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Joey's Team and its coaches are not liable for:

• Injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from participation in the Challenge.
• Outcomes that do not meet participant expectations.

8. Termination of Participation

We reserve the right to terminate a participant's access to the Challenge if they violate these Terms or engage in behavior that disrupts the program or community.

9. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify the Challenge content, schedule, or pricing at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
